EXCHANGE / RETURN / REFUND POLICY

At Amba Linens, we aim to provide a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience. This policy explains the conditions and process for returns, exchanges, refunds and cancellations for purchases made through www.ambralinens.in

• Return requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Requests received after 7 days of delivery will generally not be accepted.
• The product must be unused, unworn/unwashed, undamaged and in its original condition.
• The product must be returned with its original packaging, tags, labels and accessories, wherever applicable.
• Products showing signs of use, washing, alteration, damage or improper handling may not be accepted.
• Customers should ensure that the product is securely packed for return transit.

Where exchange is available for a particular product, the request must be raised within 7 days of delivery and the product must meet all applicable return conditions. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, Amba Linens may provide an applicable refund option.

Exchange or return approval will be subject to inspection of the returned product after it is received by
Amba Linens.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging, where applicable. After review and verification, Amba Linens will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, exchange or refund.

To initiate a return or exchange, email us at ambralinens.sc@gmail.com with your order number, registered contact details, reason for the request and relevant photographs, if required. Our team will review the request and provide the next steps, including return or collection instructions where applicable.

A refund, where approved, will be processed only after the returned product has been received and
inspected.

• For approved returns, the refund will be initiated after the returned product has been collected/received
  and successfully inspected.
• For payments made by debit or credit card, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
• For payments made through Razorpay, PhonePe or another payment gateway, the refund will generally be processed through the same payment method/account, subject to the payment gateway's processing procedures.
• The time taken for the refund to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment gateway and the customer's bank.
• The refund amount will be limited to the amount approved under this policy.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever occurs first. Cancellation requests should be sent promptly through the available contact channel.

For eligible prepaid cancellations, the refund will be initiated after the cancellation has been confirmed by Amba Linens. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the order may instead be governed by the applicable return policy.

A return may be rejected if the product is used, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, returned without required original packaging/tags, or if the request is made after the applicable return period. This policy does not limit any rights available to customers under applicable law.

Orders are generally shipped within 24–48 hours. Tracking information is normally shared through email and/or WhatsApp. We strive to deliver orders within approximately 2–7 days from placing the order. Delivery timelines may vary due to courier operations, destination, holidays, weather, unforeseen circumstances or other factors outside our reasonable control.
